STRIKE-N-FIT
It is a boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai inspired fitness program that is combined with strength and conditioning trainings. The program is very technical but with a non intimidating approach that suits everyone willing to learn the true authentic fundamentals of striking. As we emphasize a lot on the technical aspect of this program, we learn to work a series of combinations with dynamic High Intensity Interval training. No prior experience is needed.

COLD PLUNGE
Cold plunging is one aspect of cold water therapy or cold water immersion, which is a practice that involves immersing oneself in cold water temperature. Traditionally, cold therapy has been practiced in an effort to enhance post workout recovery but has so many other benefits. Cold immersion has been used also to reduce inflammation, to boost your immune system, to improve circulation, to reduce anxiety, to deepen your sleep and spiking your energy level.
Our powerful and lightweight 0.8HP chiller will bring your water temperature down to 3°C. Our world class filtration system will keep your water crisp and always clean. The tub is designed to be comfortable for people of all shapes and sizes, to help foster a deeper sense of relaxation during submersion. We welcome you to start adding this healthy practice to your daily routine.
